The Villages

Zwartkop Golf Estate is located in the suburb of Clubview, Centurion. Clubview is located west of the Jean Avenue off Ramp from the N14 Highway also known as the Ben Schoeman Highway. The Estate itself is located between the following roads:

On the West - The K101 – Old Pretoria Johannesburg Road
On the North – The M10 – Wierda or Trichardt Road
On the East – the Streets, Ashwood and Leyden Roads
On the South – Lyttleton Roads 

The Estate is fully fenced off with an electrical fence and cameras positioned the along all the boundaries.

The Estate access is serviced by 3 Security Gates fully manned on 24-hour basis.

The Estate is in lockdown from 22H00 to 06H00 and secured by security gates. It is only accessible by residents and pre-arranged access.

All the cameras are monitored on a 24-hour basis with a dedicated controller during night times

There are roving patrols on a 24-hour basis. There is a dedicated response team in operation from 18.00 to 06.00

All residents are registered on a system that allows them to provide their visitors with access codes. At the gate these visitors are fully verified on the system and screened before they are allowed access to the Estate. 

The centre of Amenities offered is within the Clubhouse of the Zwartkop Country Club.

All Home Owners and Residents are automatically social members of the Country Club. This membership is for the resident and their immediate family.
